Dog License Application

Every dog kept within the City of Lincoln must be licensed. Licenses run January 1 through December 31 and require proof of a current rabies vaccination.

Fee: $3.00 male or spayed female · $5.00 intact female (per dog, annually)

A current rabies vaccination certificate is required for each dog before a tag is issued.
Licenses are due January 1 each year and expire December 31.
Tags are picked up at City Hall, 122 E. Main Street, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
