  • Recreational Vehicle Permit

    UTV / Recreational Vehicle License

    Authorizes operation of a UTV or recreational vehicle on designated Lincoln city streets. Missouri liability insurance and a valid driver's license are required.

    Fee: $15.00 annually (expires December 31)

  • Business License Application

    Merchant / Business License

    Register a new business or renew an existing merchant license with the City of Lincoln. Please attach a Missouri Certificate of No Tax Due at City Hall.

    Fee: $20.00

  • Utility Billing

    E-Billing & ACH Agreement

    Enroll in paperless e-billing and / or automatic bank draft for your City of Lincoln utility account.

  • Utility Services

    Water Service Application

    Apply to start, transfer, or stop water and sewer service at a Lincoln address. A $25 non-refundable connect fee plus a $150 water deposit is due at time of application.

    Fee: $150 deposit + $25 non-refundable connect fee

  • Animal License

    Dog License Application

    Every dog kept within the City of Lincoln must be licensed. Licenses run January 1 through December 31 and require proof of a current rabies vaccination.

    Fee: $3.00 male or spayed female · $5.00 intact female (per dog, annually)

  • Facility Reservation

    Community Building & Green Space Rental Application

    Reserve the community building and/or green space for your event. Requests are confirmed by City Hall once availability and rental fees are verified.

    Fee: Varies by facility — confirmed by City Hall at booking

  • Employment

    City of Lincoln Job Application

    Apply for employment with the City of Lincoln. Only final candidates for posted openings will be contacted personally by the City. Lincoln is a Work Ready Community Partner.
